Abstract:

تحقیقات زیادی تا بحال در مورد پذیرش و موفقیت سیستم های یادگیری الکترونیکی صورت گرفته است و هر کدام از زاویه ای به این متغییر پرداخته اند اما تا بحال پژوهش همه جانبه ای در رابطه با عوامل و زمینه های موفقیت سیستم مدیریت یادگیری صورت نگرفته است و هر یک تنها از زاویه ای به این موضوع نگریسته اند، با توجه به این مهم، مقاله حاضر یک مقاله مروری است که هدف آن شناسایی عوامل موفقیت سیستم های مدیریت یادگیری در سازمان های آموزشی و با یک چهارچوب کلی است. با استفاده از پیشینه مرتبط با موضوع، عواملی که بیش از سایر موارد بر موفقیت این سیتمها تاثیرگذار بوده اند، شناسایی گردید. بر همین اساس این عوامل به چهار دسته کلی عوامل سازمانی، فنی، عوامل مرتبط با فراگیران و مربیان تقسیم بندی شد و سپس به تشریح هرکدام از این عوامل پرداخته شد
