Abstract:
Postcolonialism is a term has used by literary critics. It has rooted in the colonialism and in other word it called the modern colonial. This paper showed some aspects of postcolonial theory in the translation of Heart of darkness by Joseph Conrad and its translation by Saleh Hosseini. The Venuti‟s theory of translation introduced some strategies about foreignization and domestication in translation. And the researcher decided to show the extent of usage these strategies to translate sentences of the mentioned novel.
