Abstract:

Voltage instability is a dynamic phenomenon and therefore requires dynamic representation of the power system components.In this paper,three types of dynamic load models , including a single – motor model , a two-motor model and composite load model have been developed for the voltage stability studies of BAKHTAR power system based on the component approach. The results obtained of this study on voltage stability arepresented in this paper. Industrial loads consist of a large fraction of have been developed for load composition and characteristics. This paper defines LOADMOD software and describes the dynamic and static load modeling techniques used in this software and results of initial testing for BAKHTAR power system. The accurate modelling of components in the power system, can help the planer and designer of power sytems untillpresent a optimal and acutal plan for utilization of power systems.
