Abstract:

According to the problems of oil sale currently, it seems necessary to focus on the export of nonoil goods in Iran. Caviar is one of the products that has many global demands and due to having a strong marine resources, Iran has a high ability to produce and export it. This study aimed toinvestigate effectiveness of the export promotion programs on Iranian firm's export performance (in Bandar Anzali) in caviar industry. Since, the success of a company can be evaluated by itsexport performance and according to the importance of export activities development in caviar industry, companies operating in this area need to identify the factors affecting their export performance to persist and succeed in their activities. This paper is descriptive and data were collected by a closed questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using LISREL software and the results indicate that the export promotion programs have a positive impact on export performance. Of the six research hypothesis were confirmed all hypothesis which claims that they are consistent with the research.
