Measurement and improvement of the organizational agility level in contractor companies of Iran's oil industry (Case study: Nargan Company)

In today’s business world, agility is regarded as one of the most important features in competitive industries. Accordingly, this research aimed to present a modern approach to promotion of organizational agility of one of the contractor companies of Iran's oil industry (Nargan). This approach is based on the quality function deployment (QFD) technique and performed by two houses of quality (HOQ). The results indicated that from 01 dimension of organizational agility, this company has problem with 5 dimensions and, finally, 01 features of service and 01 key operations of process can improve these conditions
