Abstract:
Background: The goal of research is the relation between threefold skill of management & collation techniques with physical education teachers conflicts in Isfahan City.Materials and Methods: The statistical sample was specified by the random method, the type of classification (that related to population of society) & based on geographical statues.In this research is selected 212 physical education teachers of 5 districts of Isfahan City. for collecting data used personal characteristics of threefold skill of management questionnaires. (Mohammad Naderi, 2005); also used Robin’s conflict management questionnaires. Thedurability of questions is surveyed by Cronbach alpha when they did uphold by experts. The coefficient of threefold skill management (0.87) & collation techniques with conflict (0.95), uphold the durability of questionnaires. The data of this research was analyzed by descriptive statistic (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) & deductive statistic (coefficient correlation, regression analyze, analyzing variance). It appears that the meaningful level of hypothesis test is p<0.5. Results and Discussions: The results of the research showed that the mean scores of tests in each dimensions of threefold skills management, technical skill (72.37), human skill (66.7), perceptual skill (52.98) which are higher than means. The mean of scores are in collation technique with conflict of control strategy (19) avoidance strategy (36.82) & the oriented solution strategy (22.13). Conclusion: There is different between all kinds of conflict management strategies. Thehighest usage of conflict management strategies related to the avoidance strategy & the less one is control strategy. Can be said physical education teachers related to the problem have associated by others employers & survey the real & because of sportsmanship senses, presenting sporting environments which they are reasons of teachers’ high scores.
