Abstract:

Background: The goal of this research Surveying on creativity on cognitive population variables (education &job experience) in education departments of Isfahan.Materials and Methods: .Methodology Analyzing the data was done on two levels of descriptive statistics (abundance, percent, average and standard deviation)and inferential statistics (ANOVA test). A meaningful level P≤0/05 was considered. Results and Discussions: The findings showed1, in significant level p≤ 0.05 and related to test statistics (f=3) and (p= %5), there is a significant difference between creativity and jobexperience. For examine difference between groups, Shafe chasing test was used, which the result show that there is no significant difference between groups.at significant level p≤ 0.05 by test statistics (f=3.5) and (p=% 5), there is a significant difference between creativity andeducation so we used Shafe chasing test to find out that there is no different. Conclusion: Results show that there is a significant relationship between creativity and education and we can say that by increasing the education level of an organization staff, talent and creativity will increase.
