Abstract:

Background: The goal of this research is describing the level of personal creativity of female handball players in Isfahan.Materials and Methods: The statistical population was 115 female handball players, regarding to the limitation of society & population, sampling population was considered as statistical population & it was used questionnaire (creative & rends) for creativity of female handball players. For measuring the validity of questionnaire was used Coronbach's Alphacoefficient & it was 96% & for surveying the justifiability of questionnaire was 87% & highest score was 5 & the lowest score was 1. Results and Discussions: The standard deviation was 19.59 distribution of; minimum, maximum & standard deviation of personal creativity based on data in table and shows that mean scores of personal creativity in singles is 183.563 & in the married ones is 187.490 andthe finding show that the personal creativity is not meaningful according to the marital status based on Levin’s test and the finding showed that the personal creativity is not meaningfulaccording to the marital status based on P≤0.05.showed that the personal creativity is meaningful according to the ages. Conclusion: solidarity among them was meaningful that leadership methods effected on creativity directly or indirectly as facilitating & motivating factors. The results of this research showed that there is different significant between personal creativity based on demographic characteristics in the ages components.
