A New Look at The Sign System Construction and Sign Internal Structure

Presenting a general description of signs and semiotics is only naturally possible in form of association of different sciences and various cognitive perspectives. The essence of this issue is concrete in a description that C.S. Peirce has offered with regard to sign as that which implies something else other than itself. According to this description, sign is fulfilled in dynamism; therefore, sing is no longer a stagnant and physical phenomenon which accedes to empirical understanding; rather sign is a process; a process asa result of which man comes to understand the world around him and this is the same secret of the dominance of a limited physical being over infinite number of world phenomena in the surrounding.
