Biological Antitumor Activity of Zn (II) CoordinationPolymers

Anticancer cells activity of Zn (II) coordination polymer have been studied. The in-vitro anticancer studies reveal that the Zn (II) coordination polymers had the best anticancer activity against mouse mammary (4T1) carcinoma cells with IC50 values of 4.05 μM. The anti-cancer data given for the compounds presented in this paper allowed us to state that the coordination polymers generally have a better activity than the free ligands
