Abstract:
Most developing countries struggle with high unemployment or underemployment. This is why improving employment state, is hugely important. Regional unemployment rates varied widely across the 276 NUTS-2 regions of the EU-28 in 2015,with the lowest rates recorded in the German regions of Freiburg and Niederbayern while the highest rates were registered inMelilla and Andalucía in Spain. The goal of this paper is to compare the employment conditions of Germany and Spain with Iran. The data were collected from The World Bank and the labor law of each country. We considered the indicators include contract of employment, Working condition and Redundancy.
