Abstract:

The present paper was to evaluate the effect of smart schools with educational performance of teachers of elementary schools in Dezful in 2010-2015. It was a causal research. The statistical population consisted of all smart school teachers of elementary schools in the city of Dezful that were 276 people the sample size was of which was estimated according to Morgan table; 160 people and this number was selected randomly from the study population. The information of questionnaire was collected via the effect of creating smart schools on performance of primary school teachers, including 51 questions in four areas. Finally, the statistical analysis of data was done using Kolmogorov - Smirnov test, chi-square goodness of fit test and Friedman rank test. The findings suggest that according to primary school teachers of Dezful, creating smart schools can have a high impact on educational performance (the use of a computer for personal tasks, educational system of smart schools, and barriers to the use of multimedia equipment in the process of teaching - learning), the use of computers and electronic resources in teaching. Also, according to Friedman test from the perspective of smart school teachers in elementary schools in Dezful city, the system of smart schools with an average (25.3), the highest impact and barriers to the use of multimedia teaching equipment in the process of teaching - learning, with an average rank of (0/02), has less impact on educational performance of teachers.
