Abstract:

The aim of the present study was to evaluate organizational culture based on the Denison model in second grade secondary Schools of North Khuzestan Province. The research method is survey and descriptive. The statistical population included all employees of Second grade secondary school of Khuzestan (600 people). According to Morgan table, 234 participants were selected using random cluster sampling. The data collection tools included the Denison Organizational Culture Inventory (2000). To analyze the data, at the level of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, Pearson correlation test, multivariate linear regression were used. The main hypothesis test results showed there was a significant relationship between organizational culture, employees of second grade secondary school at = 0.01. Moreover, each of component of the organizational culture was tested by population correlation. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the components of organizational culture (involvement, adaptability, consistency and mission), employee of second grade secondary of Khuzestan at = 0.01 , all secondary research hypotheses have all validity
