Abstract:

Nowadays E-Commerce is one of the most important topics in the IT world. Advances in technology have led to intense competition among businesses. In the competitive world, businesses will be successful that able to compete with other competitors. Which this affair requires greater focus on customer needs, advertising and marketing. Social networking with abundant influence and a lot of audiences provide for businesses, possibility of direct communication with customers, extract their true feedback, corrections of advertising messages, so as to be more consistent with the needs of customers, and sale increase. Social networking as an advertising and marketing tool, has unique characteristics that influence power is doubled. In this paper, we present the design of a B2B e-commerce system through social networking. The paper proposes a set of diagrams based on object orientation principle. The diagrams depicts the functional, behavioral and structural aspects of the sightly system. The design specification is presented using the UML notation.
