Abstract:

Because of obtain optimum engineering for a rubber marine fender in actual operating condition and for uniformity of all rubber fender production in the same class (grade) at the time of installation fenders on a great wharf completely not only formula design is very important but also the effect of all formula ingredient on physical and mechanical properties and developing this propertise on the final characterization of rubber marine fender have important rule for design and manufacture of fenders. In this project, some key factors that have reinforced or deteriorated rule on rubber formula of a fender categorized in two fields: Internal factors and External factors. 1. Internal factors: define as all factors that create with any formula ingredient that quantity or quality of any one heve direct deteriorate or reinforced rule on the find properties. 2- External factors: Define as all factors that indirect rule on the final properties.
