Abstract:
Digital entrepreneurship is new form of entrepreneurship that has been emerged from the synergies between ICT developments and changing paradigms of economic transactions. In this paper, effective factors on digital entrepreneurship development in line with the characteristics of SMEs identified that has been offered successful digital business. The research methodology is applied case study. For this purpose, the factors influencing the development of digital entrepreneurship based on GEM Model and E-Readiness have been chosen and those factors which have a stronger scientific basis were included in the paper. After distributing and collecting questionnaires among 40 respondents, 12 digital entrepreneurship SME and 28 experts in Tehran, Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS 19.0. The results illustrated that all factors were supported and the E-Readiness factor is more important than GEM factors for digital entrepreneurship, and among GEM factors, laws and regulations are more important than other factors in entrepreneurship development.
