Abstract:

Psychology exists in many branches of management and it plays a role of a vital and effective element in managers’ method of management. In the psychological definition, management is the study of existing relations or correlations between leaders and followers by insisting on the attitude of both sides, and also, leadership effectiveness is discussed as the main concept. The main purpose of management psychology is to identify all factors influencing leadership and effective management. There are several analytical methods for investigating the behavior of employees and improving their process of function. However, the field of psychology is important for its studies of behavioral sciences and its direct effect on the environment. In recent years, new concepts such as job satisfaction and investigating its effect on employees’ performance and also creating motivating collaborative programs and new encouragement and punishment systems are discussed much more than ever. Considering the conducted studies and investigations, it is concluded that the old preventive punishment systems have lost their effectiveness, and behaving with employees according to their character models and recognition of each of them individually have replaced them for reducing violations and organizational demotivation for work1. Although, considering the range of validity and generality of human methods, these results cannot be confidently implemented for all levels. It is expected that understanding and acquisition of these principles by managers lead to improvement of the qualitative process of their actions and behaviors
