The relationship spiritual leadership with intellectual capital (case study: Meli Bank in province Mazandaran- Iran)

The present study the relationship with the aim of spiritual leader with a case study of intellectual property in the branches of the Melli Bank Mazandaran province, with the vast demographic 5000 people according to Table Morgan example 384 people. The present study communication with capital variables, human and associated with intellectual property and faith, hope, love of friendship, vision of faith, in work, membership in the organizational commitment and improve productivity and two questionnaires Bontis standard for intellectual capital with 42 question and a questionnaire Espreiters 25 question for spiritual leader has been used. For analysis and determination of the relationship between the variables of the test Pearson ,Cronbach test for the credibility of the questionnaires as well as for the analysis have been used structural equations software Lisrel. Finally, the survey of each of the three intellectual capital under the leadership of spiritual relationship has been at the end of the study and the proposals in connection with the two factors was expressed of intellectual and spiritual leader
