Abstract:

It is imperative that the right staff at the right time, by taking appropriate positions in the service organization, form the basis of organizational performance. Since the outcome of the performance of staff and the way the staff can explain the relationship between personality characteristics with the working environment, So, bring satisfaction to strengthen it, can be the result of successful adaptation to environmental conditions that threaten to bring resiliency and enhance organizational productivity. In this study, the researchers in order to achieve the objectives and hypothesis testing, information on the study questionnaire with resiliency mechanisms Connor and Davidson (2003), NEO personality inventory McCrea (1985) and job satisfaction JDI Kendall and Hyvlyn (1969) has used. Results using SPSS software package and correlation, multiple linear regression and Watson camera and show a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction of nurses personality and resiliency Imam Reza Hospital, Mashhad
