Prediction of CO2 Solubility in Mixture of DEA and MDEA Solution Using the Deshmukh–Mather Model abstract

In this study, Deshmukh Mather thermodynamic model is applied to predict CO2 solubility in aqueous solution of DEA + MDEA system. The collected experimental data from literature source are in the pressure range of (1– 107) kPa and temperature range of (303-323) K. All required interaction parameters are generated by optimization algorithm using the model activity coefficients. Results of correlation and prediction by the model are shown a good agreement with literature source data.
