Abstract:

The purpose of the present research is to review the effect of morning workout on quality of life of the employees of the department of justice of the city Dehdasht. The statistical population of the present research includes all of the employees of the department of justice of the city Dehdasht. And also the sample of this research includes 100 persons of the employees working in the department of justice of the city Dehdasht who were selected randomly. The tool for gathering information was the short form of the living quality questionnaire (SF36) which has 36 questions. In order to analyze the data, the descriptive and analytic statistical tests (paired t and independent t) were used. The results showed that by using morning workout program, the score of the living quality of the people present in the experimental group significantly increases compared to before by doing their morning workout (P<0.05). This research is about the effect of doing morning workout on the living quality of the employees. Employees are a great group of workers and have a job which lacks activity. In order to provide health of this group of the people of society, it is recommended to provide comprehensive programs and it is necessary to study this issue
