Background and Objective: Coronary artery disease is one of the most common cardiac diseases. Depression and Anxiety is one of the important psychological factors in cardiac patients. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between anxiety, depression and stress with spiritual health in patients with the acute coronary syndrome. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, 105 patients with coronary artery bypass syndrome were hospitalized in Khatam-ol-Aniabi hospital in Shooshtar in 1396. Data were collected using the subfield and clinical information questionnaire and DASS-21 questionnaire (depression, anxiety, stress) and the spiritual health questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 software, descriptive statistical tests, independent t-test and Pearson correlation. Findings: In this study, 55% were female and 45% were men. The mean age of the patients was 57.16±7.9. 71.8% had chronic disease history, 40.2% of the patients had anxiety. 12.6% had moderate stress. Also, 16.4% had moderate depression. Also, the average score of spiritual health was 92 ± 7.8, of which 25.3% had existential health and 19.6% had high religious health. Between Anxiety and existential health (P=0.001), Stress and existential health (P=0.03) and depression and Religious health (P=0.005) were statistically significant. Conclusion: The results showed that patients were at high anxiety and stress levels, and patients with high spiritual health scores had less anxiety and stress. Therefore, it is recommended that nurses mentally consider training and appropriate programs for these patients. Also, to reduce the amount of anxiety and depression in patients, take appropriate measures.
