Abstract:

Breast milk is a rich source of fatty acids, carbohydrates, vitamins and proteins for infants and it provides these products until the infant is able to chew and digest the food. Using breast milk is very important for infants because of its healthy role. One of the effect of breast milk can be eliminated pathogenic bacteria and its health role and also proteins content is one of the important factor in breast milk that has an important effect on infant’s health and other factors related to the infant so it is essential to achieve an exact knowledge about breast milk to be able to get milk powder features closer to breast milk features and have a better recognition of diseases that associated infants and mothers. This recognition is very important not only in human but also in other mammals such as rhesus macaque
