Abstract:

Some of the second-hand goods may not create value for their owner, but if in the right situations be transferred to another person, they can create value for individual and society. Using full goods’ life cycle lead to increase damages and harms to the environment, recycling and opportunity costs and etc. through reforming consumption patterns in society. In the other hand, those who want to sell their second-hand goods need to find customers and this is so difficult. So some people and platforms play commercial mediator role to get a customer and a seller together. If someone who want to enter business world is not familiar with business ethical principles it can lead him to oppress to the society’s rights. In the other hand, observing ethical principles in trade has positive significant relationship with customer trust, engagement, satisfaction and eventually loyalty. So knowing business ethics is necessary for merchants, society, and government. The aim of this study is to investigate business ethics from Nahj-al-Balaqe and Islam perspective; identification of ethical principles in C2C businesses, members of this businesses, and their ethical responsibilities.
