Environmental Risk Assessment of Combined cycle power plant system using fuzzy Hybrid multi-criteria decision making abstract

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is an important process for evaluating the effects of development. as environmental objectives increase in scope and sophistication to encompass a safe chemical economy, testing, risk assessment, and decision-making, are subject toadditional complexity due to the ongoing interaction between science and policy models. The presented framework uses a Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) for determining the weights of risk-affecting criteria. also, FSAW, FTOPSIS and FVICOR methods are used forPrioritization risks then for asset ranking COPLAND combining method is used. as real case study, the framework is applied to Combined Cycle power plant in the city of YAZD, Iran. The resulted risk assessment indicates that entrance of wastewater from the purification anddesulphurization system into the environment is the most important and critical Risk in the study area. The presentedframework was found to be a suitable risk analysis tool in urban systems
