Cancer Detection and Analysis of Different Components of Human Blood by High -Sensitivity Biosensor abstract
In this paper, a novel design of an optical biosensor based on resonance cavities and with high-sensitivity detection in a two-domains photonic crystal (2DPhCs) is presentrd. This sensor can analyze the internal components of human blood and also detection the cancer person from the normal person. The main operation of sensing is performed by the central resonance cavity. By placing human blood samples in the central cavity, the sensor detects the refractive index of each sample. FWHM is the average bandwidth of the output resonance wavelengths which is at least equal to 0.2nm. PBG is index of optical bandwidth in the proposed structure. The worst quality factor is 5990.02 and in the best case it is 7488.42. The optical signal transmission rate is between 91% and 100%. Due to the waveguide path short and the small area of the proposed structure, it has high performance speed. The overall dimensions of the biosensor is100µm2. Sensitivity for best case is 6000nm/URL.
