Challenges to achieving good teacher and competent school prospects

Education is the milestone of progress in every society, and the thoughtful teacher stands at the top of the education pyramid and is the beating heart of school. In this paper, we are going to survey the challenges facing the success of education.According to the authors of the article, the competent school is the missing ring of successful education. In this paper, we examine challenges such as powerful management, the importance of teacher leadership, the role of the technology deputy in progressing science and technology education, teacher s character and the role of teacher in students character building, professional standards for teachers, putting students at experience situations rather than memorizing single materials, the role of integration of knowledge in improving education according to the needs of the community and the importance of guidance alongside teaching and studying its status. This article is one of the librarian articles based on individual studies.
