Abstract:

Tolerance to disease, Lodging, sprouting and selection for suitable morphological traits have important role in yield increasing. The characteristics of plant that cause yield increase in specific environment area not canstant and they are variable based on environmental conditions. Mazandaran province had stress condition. Genetic materials of this study including 164, 201, 91 and 99 genotypes related to F2,F3, F5 and F6 generations, respectively and also76 lines of preliminary wheat screen nursery were evaluated and selected for suitable traits. Each genotype of the specific number (mass) was harvested individualy and evaluated based on of seed form (based on pedigree method) and then the seeds of suitable plants were mixed (based on combined Pedigree method). Generation plants were distroyed because of more than enough raining and pady condition.in 46 generation some lines were selected beast on thair suitable traits and they will be evaluated in preliminary wheat screen nursery. After drawing the histogram related the lines of peliminary what screen nursery, some lines wheat were tolerant to disease were selected for peliminary regional wheat yield trial (PRWYT). Among these varried collection,49,118,o,34,35 lines of F2,F3,F5,F6 generations and PWSN respectivly were selected and also they were adaptible to enviroment and predicted had enough seed yield.
