Abstract:

Human has a material and a spiritual soul. According to the inner powers that God Almighty has placed in him, the most important of which is intellect and lust, man is free to choose his own misery and happiness, and therefore in the logic of theologians, man is inherently neither good nor bad by nature, but potential. Each of these two essences exists in him, and the point is that man, with the will and duty entrusted to him, transforms which of these two into reality. Political jurisprudence claims the knowledge of governing society, and one of its most important goals is to solve political problems in the field of collective living that can be chosen. Inference and issuance of binding political rulings are one of the pillars and ends of the political jurisprudence system. The question of this research is whether religious norms can be used to manage political affairs and management in society (according to the structure and complexities of the government and society) and at the same time to exercise both political authority and religious components. It was used simultaneously to strategize political decisions. This question has been the focus of political discourse and the challenges facing the Islamic world today. This study concluded that jurisprudence with its dynamism can be the cause of the progress and management of a progressive society and be responsive to the political needs of society and grow the society both domestically and internationally
