Abstract:
کائولن یک کانی رسی است که به علت داشتن یک سری خصوصیات ویژه، دارای استفاده‌های گسترده صنعتی است. یکی از ویژگی‌های مهم این ماده، رنگ سفیده آن است. ذخایر گسترده ای از کائولن در کشور وجود دارد که متأسفانه به دلیل دارا بودن اکسیدهای آهن از شفافیت مناسبی برخوردار نیستند. در تحقیق از روش انحلال زیستی اکسیدهای آهن توسط Aspergillus niger NCIM۵۴۸ برای جداسازی ناخالصی موجود در کائولن استفاده شده و در پایان مدلی برای پیش‌بینی در صد جدایش آهن توسط این روش ارائه شد. فروشویی با استفاده از این روش بهترین حالت منجر به جدایش ۲/۲ درصد از کل آهن موجود شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده برای ادامه مطالعات امیدوارکننده بود و در صورت بررسی عملکرد روش‌هایی دیگر از این قارچ و ایجاد شرایط بهینه، در تحقیقات آتی امکان افزایش میزان جداسازی آهن وجود دارد.
