determination of trace amounts of N-nitroso N,N-diethanolamine in coconut diethanolamide using high performance liquid chromatography with UV-vis detector

We have developed a liquid chromatography and dual wavelength UV-Vis spectrometry method for determination of N-nitrosodiethanolamine NDELA in coconut diethanolamide. The sample is diluted with methanol and injected to the HPLC.ODS column is performed and a mixture of methanol and water is selected as mobile phase . dual wavelength in UV-Vis detector is used because of decrease effects of complex matrix on the chromatograms.
