Abstract:
shock is a high-frequency and high-amplitude transient mechanical loading that occurs suddenly in a very short duration. Launch vehicles and spacecraft components are exposed to mechanical shock from different sources such as transportation, pyrotechnic devices, rocket motor ignition, staging, and deployment events. All components must be designed and tested to ensure that they can survive all types of shock during their life in real environmental conditions. SRS is one of the common shock testing formats.In this paper SRS calculation method will be explained and elaborated that how a time-history synthesis can be calculated from a given or specified SRS.
