Abstract:

The COVID-۱۹ disease has caused serious damage to people's health and the economy of countries. In different countries, food consumption patterns are different and people's diet can affect the process of getting and improving diseases such as COVID-۱۹. In addition, appropriate systemic changes in food consumption patterns can increase this effect. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the relationship between the diet of different countries and coronavirus disease. Among the various evaluation methods, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a non-parametric performance evaluation method that allows comparison of several systems based on the efficiency score. By using this method, the efficiency of different countries in the fight against coronavirus can be evaluated based on their nutritional status. In this study, technical efficiency with two input-oriented CRS and VRS models, and scale efficiency was measured for the top ۲۰ healthiest countries in the world. The results show that Luxembourg and Austria had CRS, VRS and scale efficiency, and ۱۰ other countries had only VRS efficiency. For each inefficient country, model countries were identified, and the rate of changes in inputs and outputs was determined. Among the VRS efficient countries, Luxembourg, Fin
