The Effect of Economic Status and Society Health on the Human ResourceDevelopment of Organized Sport: Generalized Least Squares Approach

The human resource development of sport as a foundation to achieve record and international successis one of the most polities of different countries. Economic status and society's health lead to sportsparticipation. Therefore, this study's purpose was to examine the effect of economic status andsociety's health on the human resource development of organized sports. This study used panel datafor all provinces of Iran from ۲۰۰۴ to ۲۰۱۷. Also, this study used generalized least squares approachto analyze data with Eviews software. The result shows that rural and urban household income has apositive and significant effect on the human resource development of organized sports. Also, theconsumer price index of health and treatment has a positive and significant impact on the humanresource development of organized sports. A society where people have a suitable economic status ismore likely to participate in sports. Also, when the cost of health and treatment is low and appropriate,it is possible to have more athletes and coaches
