Abstract:
This article explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management (HRM). With the rapid advancements in AI technology, HRM practices are being transformed and enhanced. The article discusses various applications of AI in HRM, including recruitment and selection, employee engagement and performance management, training and development, and HR analytics. It also examines the benefits and challenges associated with integrating AI into HRM processes. The findings suggest that AI has the potential to streamline HRM operations, improve decision-making, and enhance employee experiences. However, concerns related to privacy, bias, and ethical considerations need to be addressed. Overall, this article highlights the growing importance of AI in HRM and provides insights into its potential impact on organizations and employees.
