Abstract:

In the fields of e-commerce and finance, artificial intelligence is employed to enhance customer experiences, streamline supply chain management, boost operational efficiency, and minimize expenses. The primary objective is to devise dependable methods for quality control of products and explore novel approaches to deliver cost-effective services to customers. Machine learning and deep learning are among the most extensively utilized artificial intelligence techniques. Individuals, businesses, and government agencies employ these models to make predictions and gain insights from data. Presently, machine learning models are being tailored to address the intricacies and diversity of data within the food industry. This article explores the applications of machine learning and artificial intelligence in e-commerce, corporate management, and finance. Key applications include sales growth, profit optimization, sales forecasting, inventory management, security, fraud detection, and portfolio management.
