Abstract:
Generally, "digital talent" refers to a combination of diverse sets of knowledge, abilities and also skillsthat are directly related to digital technologies or the specific characteristics of systems that are shaped bydigital technologies. There are smart organizations that try to use and implement new technologies intheir process. So, they need to hire some professionals who are familiar and equipped with thesecompetencies. Therefore, the current study was aimed to describe and analyze the concept of managingdigital talents in organizations. Because using these talents can totally change their context as well asleading to more useful strategies. The research method is descriptive- analytical and needed informationwere gathered through library study. Results can be use in order to improve this capacity in theorganizational context.
