Abstract:
In this work, thermal reduced graphene oxide (TRGO)/ZnxCo1-xFe2O4 nanocomposite samples are synthesized by a solvothermal method. The samples are characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning microscopy (FE-SEM) .The influences of the Zn2+ stoichiometry on magnetic property of the synthesized nanocomposites are also investigated by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that ZnxCo1-xFe2O4 nanoparticles are dispersed on graphene sheets and obtained nanocomposites are soft magnetic materials
