Abstract:

مفهوم خواست عموم درطی دهه های گذشته و درقالب مباحثات و مناظرات همواره بعنوان بنیادی ترین پایه مشروعیت عمل شهرسازی مطرح شده است با این وجود یکی ازضعف های مهم و قابل اشاره درراستای توجیه و مشروعیت بخشی به مداخلات و جلب رضایت افراد متاثر ازطرح های شهری عدم وجود ساختاری برای ارزیابی این طرح ها برپایه مفهوم خواست عموم است دراین پژوهش سعی برآن است تادرجهت رفع این معضل و با بهره گیری ازرویکردی نظری و تحلیلی به تبیین چارچوبی برای ارزیابی طرح های شهری براساس ابعادرویه ای و محتوایی مفهوم خواست عمومی پرداخته شود
