Abstract:

دهه اخیر، مدیریت منابع انسانی بهعنوان موضوع اصلی و غالب در تحلیل شغلهای موجود و بهطور روزافزون بهعنوان پارادایم اصلی در تعریف و توصیف پیشرفتهای بهوجود آمده در مشاغل جهانی در نظر گرفته می شود.از مدیریت منابع انسانی در قالب چارچوبی در بازنمایی و تفسیر پیشرفتهای موجود در مشاغل مختلف استفاده میگردد. به هرحال، منشا و ریشه مدیریت منابع انسانی را میتوان در پارادایم و مدل صنعتی جستجو نمود. به-علاوه، اکثر آزمونهای تجربی در رابطه با مدیریت منابع انسانی درون سازمان های صنعتی صورت پذیرفته است. بدون شک میتوان پذیرفت که عوامل سنتی بسیاری در صنعت گردشگری وجود دارد که بهدلیل ماهیت بدونتغییر مشاغل موجود در این صنعت بهوجود آمدهاند. از میان همه این عوامل، عواملی که بر مدیریت منابع انسانی تاثیرگذار هستند را میتوان انعطافناپذیری ساختار مشاغل نام برد؛ بهویژه ساختار ارزشی متفاوتی کهجایگاه نسبی مشاغل را حفظ میکند، قابلیت انتقال و تغییرپذیری نیروی کار، فصلی بودن و غیره. این عوامل سنتی با سرعت و تاثیرگذاری کمی در رابطه با تغییرات تکنولوژیکی، که باعث بهوجود آمدن هویت اصلی مشاغل میگردند، پیش میروند. هدف این مقاله، بررسی این مسائل و موضوعات با استفاده از ارزیابی مسیراصلی نظریه مدیریت منابع انسانی درون یک بخش خدماتی در دست تحقیق و پژوهش بهنام صنایع مهمان- پذیری و گردشگری میباشد
