Abstract:

این مقاله به بررسی شباهت ها و تفاوت های بین عوامل مؤثر بر حق الزحمه حسابرسی صورتهای مالی از منظر حسابرسان مستقل شاغل در مؤسسات حسابرسی (مدیران و مدیران ارشد) و نیز اعضای هیئت مدیره، مدیران و معاونان مالی صاحبکاران پرداخته است. عوامل مورد بررسی شامل متغیرهای خاص صاحبکار، متغیرهای خاص حسابرس و متغیرهای خاص کار حسابرسی می باشند. مطالعه مبتنی بر نظرسنجی از حسابرسان مستقل شاغل در مؤسسات حسابرسی و مدیران اجرایی شرکتهای بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می باشد. نتایج نشان می دهد که در هیچ یک از حوزه های خاص صاحبکار، خاص حسابرس و خاص کار حسابرسی بین نظر حسابرسان مستقل و مدیران مالی تفاوت معنی داری وجود ندارد.
