Diversity of Facebook Comments: Emotion and Length in Gender Identity among Iranian

The present study was an attempt to consider the women and men written discourse in socialnetworks and on Facebook in particular, among Iranian to investigate the way that they use thelanguage to express themselves and the differences between their comments on the basis ofemotion and the length. Due to their special subjects two specific pages have been chosen tocollect the data. The findings showed the difference among different gender comments.According to the findings it was concluded that women are more emotional in commenting thanmen, but the number of men’s comments is more than women and also the length of theircomments is more than women.
