Abstract:
The present paper centers around some articles according to which, teachers and researchers ofEFL/ESL presented useful ideas and suggestions about different teaching situations and howteachers can improve such situations. This paper discusses what researchers have proposed indetails and because surely they all have done enough studies to conclude such findings, theirideas would make a great contribution to improvement of any teacher’s class quality. Conceptslike transformation, critical thinking, finding flaws and researching about them, cognitivescience, self-study research and teacher’s identity reconstruction are the main objectives thispaper is concerned about. This paper confirms research in SLA can change a teacher’s attitudetoward teaching and help them in trying to cope with their flaws and face new challenges.
