An Experimental Investigation on the Effects of some Parameters on Nanofiber Produced by Electrospinning Method abstract
In this paper, the effect of some different parameters on size and morphology of produced nanofibers has been investigated experimentally. These parameters consist of voltage, needle diameter and collector temperature. It was observed that there is an optimum distance to voltage ratio where the fiber diameters are minimum. This ratio was 1 cm/kv. Moreover it was observed that with increasing the voltage, uniformity of produced fibers increases. This aspect of morphology was not considered in previous papers. Both the increasing the needle diameter and collector temperature resulted in generating the fibers with smaller diameters
