Gender inequality in society and economics

Throughout history many of the oppressed; some by color, some by nationality and others by gender and so more have tried to break free of the painful lives and suffers they have been through to become what they are capable of. History has proved to be harsh on so many based on primary ignorance. Feminism attempts to work on the gender injustice that has naturally been done against women. It focuses on the oppression based on gender, studies women s structure and social roles, experience, interests, chores, and feminist politics in a variety of fields, such as anthropology and sociology, communication, psychoanalysis and education. The main principle of it all is indeed equality . Applying equality after discovering, explaining and enhancing the natural differences between the two genders is rather crucial but sometimes difficult. Pay gaps; for instance, based on gender is an issues which needs to be resolved in order to equalize the economic field of this injustice. This is a comparative study of a few countries involving Iran to better understand the social and financial issues and its effect on women s lives. Better rules and bills are needed to solve this issue from the roots. We will learn about the feminism movements, pay gaps in countries and other female based problems in the society.
