Abstract:

Introduction: Various physical and chemical methods have been used for the synthesis of great amount of metal nanoparticles in relatively short period of time. though, physical and chemical methods are rampant in nanoparticles synthesis, the green synthesis is the best sanitation due to the conservation of the environment as well as the synthesized nanoparticles with small size and large surface area. The plant phytochemicals with antioxidant properties is accountable for the synthesis of nanoparticles. This benignant reaction is fully rapid, readily conducted at room temperature and pressure, and easily scaled up. Material and Methods: Powdered Yucca gloriosa was place in flask comprising of water and boiled. The mixture was centrifuged. manganese acetate aqueous solution at different pH and was mixed with several ratio of extract for various time and stirred at room temperature, The precipitate was collected by centrifugation, washed with deionized water and ethanol several times, and suspended distilled water. 9 examine was performed to study the effect of pH, metal to extract ratio and time. The formation of MnNPs was monitored by recording UV–Vis spectra. Results and Conclusion: MnNPs have been successfully synthesized using yucca gloriosa aqueous extract as reducing. The effect of three factors that is pH of the metallic solution, time and extract ratio was studied and optimized using RSM methodology. MnNPs resynthesized using yucca gloriosa aqueous extract as reducing and turmeric as stabilizing agent. UV-Vis, FTIR and FESEM studies revealed the attendance of MnNPs. The MnNPs synthesized by green method demonstrated degradation ability of yucca gloriosa. Thus, this study will be beneficial for simple, expense effective, trustworthy and eco-friendly preparation of MnNPs
