Validation and Qualification of Direct Determination of Pb in Whole Blood Samples by Graphite furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer

Nowadays , determination of hazardous and toxic pollutants is one of the most critical challenges whole over the world. Heavy metals attracts a lot of attention among other pollutants and is and one of the most dangerous heavy metals. Than determination of it needs a great deal of financial supports and of course, a lot of time. Although there has been successful efforts to determine lead by atomic absorption spectroscopy, but in this study we tried hard to set up a procedure which helps us to determine lead by using routine AAS instruments, which exists in most of analytical laboratories.
