Abstract:

From west Africa to central Asia and( Spalerosophis diadema (Schlegel,1837) has a wide distribution range Northwest Indian peninsula) that covered Iran. Species distribution modeling were predicted using Maxent al-gorithm and the most important variables on species distribution pattern were predicted. These variables are as Annual mean temperature, Annual precipitation, precipitation of wettest month, precipitation of cold :follows The AUC value of the model were .est quarter and the altitude, Mean temperature of wettest quarter and slope obtained as 0.966 with standard deviation as 0.007. According to the result the most contributed variable on the with 44.7%. The prediction indicated that the species )distribution prediction is BIO1 (:Annual mean temperature has wide distribution range than currently known range and distributed in central, east, southeast and southwest of Iran. Distribution in south of Iran along the Persian Gulf indicated that the species distribution to the central part of the Iranian plateau has been occurred from these area. Distribution of the species limited from the north by Elburz Mountain and absence of the species in high elevated areas like north west of Iran reflected from the cold climate on that regions
