Abstract:

Oxidative stress is defined as an imbalance between the production of free radicals and antioxidants. Antioxidants are able to neutralize free radicals before they attack cells and because various diseases is their biological targets, disable. In this regard nanoparticles synthesized by green method can be used to show antioxidant properties. The aim of this study was to evaluate the antioxidant effect of silver nanoparticles synthesized by Prosopis fruit aqueous extract. Antioxidant activity of different concentrations of Prosopis green method from fruit aqueous extract and synthesized silver nanoparticles was measured by DPPH (1, 1-diphenyl-2- picrylhy- The results showed that nanoparticles .drazyl) radical scavenging and iron FRAP regenerative power methods had higher antioxidant capacity compared to the fruit aqueous extract. The maximum antioxidant activity by DPPH, was observed in high concentration (1mg/ml) that was 2 fold higher than the fruit aqueous extract. Silver nanoparticles antioxidant activity by FRAP method was 2 fold higher than fruit aqueous extract. Generally, the extract of synthesized by green method from aqueous results of this research showed that silver nanoparticles .and can be used as biomedical applications antioxidant activity Prosopis fruit had a strong
