Abstract:
Enzyme treatment carry out by commercial cellulose on the printed paper. For sample preparation a pattern was printed on A4 and 80g/m2 sheets by using an hp 1032 printer. After enzymatic hydrolysis, the pulp slurry was subjected to the floatation process to separate the released ink from fibers immediately in order to avoid redeposit ion. For evaluation of physical properties of deinked pulp, TAPPI test method T 205 sp-95 was used to prepare hand sheets of the deinked pulp. In this study, in order to investigate the mechanism of deinking SEM images of printed paper, an embedded paper, a paper made from a paste made from non-decompressed paper, a paper made of paper pulp without printing was investigated. The deinking mechanism in the enzymatic method is twofold. In the first method, enzymes hydrolyzes the outer surfaces of paper and separates them from paper. In the second method, enzymes hydrolyze the compounded oily base and separate the compound from the fiber surface, which is isolated in this method only from the paper.
